• 35 years of experience in dealing with environmental impacts in the energy sector, air permitting, energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in North America and around the world
• Consultant, since 1990, for the United Nations on environmental issues in China. Assisted Chinese government in developing air pollution reduction programs in Qingdao, Huhhot, Beijing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Benxi and Guiyang
• Full-time Technical Advisor for the United Nations Division for Sustainable Development (2001-2005)
• Worked on multiple energy/environmental projects for the World Bank, US AID and Independent Power Producers
• Senior Faculty Fellow at the Wharton School and teaches at the Institut Français du Pétrole in Paris.
